Van elke maand van het afgelopen jaar heb ik de leukste, belangrijkste of meest spraakmakende punten nog eens voor je op een rijtje gezet. Nu de hoogtepunten van oktober 2008.
Begin oktober ging de nieuwe webwinkel van Triskal Healing Centre te Delft online. De eigenaren van het spirituele centrum, hadden al anderhalf jaar lang een winkel op de website, maar waren hier toch niet helemaal tevreden over. Nu hebben ze een webwinkel, waar ze trots op zijn.
Op 5 oktober 2008 werd de Freeze Rotterdam georganiseerd. De bedoeling hiervan was om zoveel mogelijk mensen in hartje Rotterdam vijf minuten lang bewegingsloos te laten staan op exact hetzelfde moment. De happening is geinspireerd door de Freeze Freeze in New York, Londen, Los Angeles en Parijs.
Deze maand werd tevens het grootste indoor sjamanistische festival van Nederland georganiseerd door Gaia Anca, dit jaar voor de tweede keer. Tijdens het festival waren er maar liefst dertig verschillende workshops en lezingen te bezoeken. De kaartverkoop voor het festival ging dit jaar als een trein.
SORAG-Akademie vierde in oktober 2008 haar 20-jarig jubileum. In de afgelopen twintig jaar hebben duizenden cursisten een opleiding gevolgd bij SORAG-Akademie en velen hun diploma gehaald. Iets waaroprichter Frits Groenestijn zeer trots op is.
